More Evaluation Dates

I will be conducting evaluations on May 21 and 22 at First Baptist Church on Fulton Drive in Hanover.

The first appointment will be at 9am and the last will be at 3pm on each of these days.Let me know which date you prefer and if you have a preferred time and I will do my best to accommodate you. If none of these dates work for you, let me know and we will see what we can work out.

Fees per child:
Evaluation: $25
Testing: $35
Evaluation and testing done during the same meeting: $50

I do offer sibling discounts if the evaluations/testing are scheduled back to back.

I can come to your house for an addtional $10.

I can accept cash or checks. My returned check fee is $20.
