Homeschool Evaluations Spring 2008

I will be doing evaluations at Littlestown Chapel on Bollinger Road so there will be no distractions (especially my 3 year old) during testing and evaluations. If you need directions, please let me know.

I will be doing evaluations and testing on the following dates:
April 21, 28
May 5 and 19

The first appointment will be at 9am and the last will be at 3pm on each of these days.
Let me know which date you prefer and if you have a preferred time and I will do my best to accomadate you. If none of these dates work for you, let me know and we will see what we can work out.

Fees per child:
Evaluation: $25
Testing: $35
Evaluation and testing done during the same meeting: $50

I do offer sibling discounts if the evaluations/testing are scheduled back to back.

I can come to your house for an addtional $10.

I can accept cash or checks. My returned check fee is $20.
